I am a Boston-based, Stanford and Harvard trained physician, Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine with 14 years of clinical experience. I completed my residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. I was practicing Internal Medicine at MIT Medical and Mass General Brigham in Boston prior to launching my practice. I partner with my clients to help them sustainably lose weight, optimize their whole health and prevent illness through targeted lifestyle modifications.
